2009 The 2009 New Hampshire Great Park Pursuit turned out to be the most successful year yet - with the help of returning teams who spread the word about the program, our registration doubled from 2008! We had 70+ teams participating in most of the events. We were blessed with beautiful weather again for the finale at Wadleigh State Park. The day began with a Scavenger Hunt throughout the park, followed by a variety of family games - Structure Building, an Egg Race, Doughnuts on a String, Bean Bag Toss, Water Relay Race, and the Wheel Barrel Race. The competition throughout the program was intense, with 17 teams tying for top honors at the finale. The awards ceremony wrapped up the day, and congratulations go to team ZamJam for earning First Place. While the finale was a bit crazy, the energy and liveliness of the crowd made for an exciting day! |
